Terms of Service

Photos will be processed and emailed the next day before 5PM.

Payment is required before the photos are sent. Cash, check, or online payment by credit or debit card is accepted. Checks should be made out to Palloni Images Inc. For payments not made onsite, an invoice will be generated which can be paid online and is due upon receipt.

If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred. This applies even if the property is rescheduled for a later date. If the photographer arrives to a property and cannot take photos for any reason a $25 travel charge will be incurred. You must make sure that you have provided us with the correct address and access info.

Please make sure the house is clean and ready for photos. The photographer will move a few small items but will not clean or move large or heavy items. The house will be photographed as is. In the case of inclement weather we can reschedule your appointment at no charge. If you would like us to return and reshoot the exterior of a property due to inclement weather there will be an additional charge of $35.

All photos and links to products including Matterport, slideshows and videos will be available for 1 year. We cannot guarantee availability after that time frame.
